  • David has been surveying for 17 years, working extensively in the social housing market on both the client and consultant sides, and was a former Partner of a multidisciplinary practice. Over the course of his career, he has worked in strategic roles and led teams, whilst still undertaking inspections and taking satisfaction from resolving difficult defect diagnoses for tenants, landlords and homeowners.

  • HDH Property Consultants are a RICS-registered firm, and David is a chartered building surveyor (MRICS). The RICS have clear ethical and moral standards which HDH uphold. Also, David has a degree in building surveying, obtained from the University of Westminster and an HNC in Construction from London South Bank University.

Endoscope Surveys

Gravimetric testing

When a more advanced assessment is required we can undertake samplying and testing of materials to provide conformation of the presence of dampness and provide a detailed report.
